Pros

A completely new engineering workspace with 12-15 personnel has been conjured from grounds-up in less than 3 months. Friendly, collaborative start-up like atmosphere, with competitive compensation package. Talented and enthusiastic individuals and leaders are making this office a fun place to work. On the top of that, we have been entrusted with developing novel micro services that have the game-changing potential for the entire company.

Cons

Attrition in Bellevue office. Rudimentary office perks in the new Miami office.

Pros

don't know any as of now.

Cons

Absolutely mean environment. An employee decided to leave after less than 3 months and gave two weeks notice as courtesy, somehow management turned into angry and retaliated with immediate fire.

Pros

With the customer base, back end engineers have the chance to work on large-scale problem and make impact. (if the cons are fixed) Super good work life balance. If you just want to collect your pay check and don't care about correctness of decisions or about future, then it is a good place for you.

Cons

Engineering department has been chaos for years. New CTO is supposed to fix problem but make it worse. Re-invent of infrastructure wheels causes huge waste of resource and halted business development. Decision making has never been transparent. Many directors and managers don't know technique and make arrogant decisions. Upper level doesn't listen to voices from lower level. Hiring of engineers has been weird. Candidate with all yes was rejected, but candidate with strong no was given an offer. Every engineer is leaving.

Thanks for taking the time to provide a review. Your feedback suggests you have some concerns about the team we are building. We are very confident about the engineering leadership teams’ abilities. I know we have had a lot of change over the past 6 months and change can sometimes be difficult. I am happy to talk with you any time regarding any further details you can share. As is anyone on the leadership team. Thanks again. Sarah – VP, Employee Experience
