A Good Company with Psychopathic Customer First Leadership
Pros
- As long as you don't work in the Customer First Team, you're bound to enjoy your job.
Cons
- Customer First Team leadership has been toxic for years. - Many talented and high-performing employees have left or been pushed out as a result of the soul-less managers at the top of the Customer First Team. - There's a clique in the upper-management of the Customer First Team which is egotistical and thinks they can do no wrong. I've seen them run out employees who were on disability and experiencing family issues, demote contributors because they just don't like them, and set unreasonably high and unattainable targets for good managers while cutting headcount growth year after year. - They've brought in new management on one team who has set an old-school "butts in seats" policy vs previous management that was flexible with remote work. Under the old regime, the team was high performing, now they have to be at their desks every day. - Ironically, many in CF leadership themselves work remotely most days or weeks and come and go as they please. Nice setting the example. -I personally am aware of multiple lawsuits current and former employees have filed against CF managers, yet the founders have not made any changes. HR is complicit.
