      Pros

      Can set your own work schedule and deadlines are weekly so it's easy to create a work flow that works best for you. Management is very receptive to feedback and willing to change SOPs to what works best for the team Production team does a great work of allocating work so that writers are never overwhelmed by production capacity.

      Cons

      Hard to get in touch with clients sometimes so it's tough to come up with great in-depth content Need to do better job of enforcing service language agreement to ensure clients are not requesting more work than they should be receiving.

      Pros

      I've been with the company for a little while now but have very much enjoyed my time here. I like the freedom to work from home (not having a commute is pretty fantastic.. not gonna lie. Everyone on the team is nice and super friendly.

      Cons

      It's definitely hard work for sure and you are held to high standards but ive relied on a great support team.
