      Pros

      Decent benefits and lots on internal upward movement.

      Cons

      Lower leadership needs additional training to know what their staff does on the day to day and be more present of their team instead of in so many meetings.

We have also started additional leadership training to refresh all managers on their responsibilities with building and sustaining a healthy team. Apparently we are thinking along the same lines because we have hired someone to improve our internal communications.       Great coworkers,questionable management

      Pros

      Your coworkers and events make the company. Theres more on the floor training than you can actually learn in your intial training,they do offer training again throughout,so go for a refresher. The pto is a good amount,although its not accrued,you receive it at the beginning of your start time. Lots to learn if with the right team and manager.

      Cons

      Management arent all on the same page and consistent. Not alot of room for growth,if you dont do it yourself or you aren't a favored employee.
