      Remote work is a plus, team members are friendly and willing to help. Very good team planning.

      Cons

      Meetings are long, late meetings happen every sprint. Salary is low.

      Pros

      Remote work is a big plus. Team members are supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Sometimes need to work overtime. Company culture does not respect personal time, scheduling hours-long meetings during lunchtime or late evening is common. Company policies are pushed from top down. Management does not listen to employees, rather just pushes down policies and we have to follow without any questions.
