      Pros

      Addison office feels more collaborative. I feel like they're listening to us and actually having more trainings and team building and happy hours. If we're in the office 3 days a week, it should at least be worth it. With all the new people joining, there's a lot more energy.

      Cons

      Still don't love coming in 3 days a week, the commute sucks. Wish there were snacks along with the drinks in the kitchen. Used to have more cons with old manager, but it's getting better.
