Pros

Work-life balance or probably the only pros that striking my mind. Worked in build team which was a completely mundane job but i guess programmers have a good career progression. Can rate it as a company to begin your career

Cons

HR management sucks big time, Opportunities limited to only few teams

Pros

Lovely place to be in.. No work pressure at all. Need not maintain dress code. No need to make a Bond (If you want to leave, you should inform management before 2 months) Excellent for women.

Cons

Most of the managers will be friendly, but one/two will be there, who wants you to work as per their words and they don't give you independence. Hyderabad office can't determine, whether a candidate will fit for Development or for Testing. Ex: I was a directly recruited without Internship based on my skills(high). The people who have got less skills were placed into Internship. I was put into Testing and those from Internship were placed into Development team.

Pros

Fixed day work hours, hours such that you get time for yourself. Non existent Work pressure. Cabs for employees. You can work for years without having to change places.

Cons

You either get hikes or promotion, never ever expect both. Do not expect a raise or promotion if you resign or are unsatisfied. Too much internal politics to deal with.Especially a headache if you are a newbie in the professional world.
