Pros

You do have some freedoms over the traditional 9-5 alternative. And most of the time you get the day off when it rains. Its a great job if you have limited choices in life.

Cons

You have to work like a slave for a whole year to get you 1 week of vacation Overtime is less than minimum wage and decreases the more you work.(pointless to work more that 50 hrs) Way too much turnover No real structure. They just make it up on the fly They only get contracts bc the under bid everyone else not bc they do a good job. Customers just laugh at the amount of money we charge compared to the competition. And they dont care bc they have a contract they can hold us to. I could go on but there is no point

I have been working for NaturChem full time (for 2 years now). This is by far the BEST company I have ever worked for.

Pros

They strongly believe in the core values that they have set in place and try to live them not only in the work place but in life in general as well. Very family oriented and Christian based company. They really understand when circumstances arise and you need to take time off. As long as you get your work done its never a problem. My co-workers are amazing, it's more like a family than work. Teamwork is a huge part of working for NaturChem. You have to be willing to adapt to change.

Execution on new processes could be improved.

Freedom to do your best. If you are a self starter and do a good job management will let you work without micromanaging you.

Cons

Sometimes I get tired of being away from home but I was told that was part of the job when I was hired.
