Pros
Good work life balance, as the agency does not have too many clients or project work.
Cons
This place is a joke. Management gives preferential status and accounts to "The Boys Club" who started the agency, they will promise you the world and give you accounts that are impossible to pitch and break into. You are better off working for an established ad agency than trying to build the plane is you fly it in this start up. One of the founders is accused of "card triming" which was called out by some clients, not a good look.
