      Pros

      Everyone I have worked with has been kind. I love my manager and the CEO is amazing. Work life balance is good, they really value people

      Cons

      Out dated broader UHG policies feel stiff and not up to current day (parental leave, unlimited PTO, etc). Low merit raises and pay is not competitive with other consulting firms
