Pros

Over 20 years of sustained high performance included leading training efforts, providing subject matter expertise, maintaining strong responsiveness, and creating innovative strategies that saved the organization millions of dollars.

Cons

These sustained efforts now seem to have gone unappreciated, as this marks the first time in more than two decades that the organization has indicated there are insufficient funds for salary increases or bonuses.
