Pros

Bonuses if you performed well. Remote work.

Cons

Management was not helpful when it came to help with PTO or requesting off. It was always a referral to a 3rd party phone number who then always referred employee back to manager/supervisor. It felt very unorganized and not user friendly. If your power goes out while working remotely, they say you should not contact your supervisor or team leads and you should call the hotline to report absence. However they still expect you to somehow know to go to the call center in person without contacting anyone, even though you should not work at the call center by yourself. (Very rude/strict management, unorganized)

Pros

This company is good for beginners, and the work environment is healthier than other BPO companies. Day offs are every weekends.

Cons

No work-life balance, as your PTOs would be hard to get approved.
