      Decent PTO but poor management and communication issues

      * You get a decent amount of PTO.

      Cons

      * No promotions or meaningful raises * Everything has a tight budget (except for AI) * Upper management is mostly Indian and prefer Indians to all other employees * Work has become unbearable since offshoring. Turns out its difficult to communicate with people that live in a time zone 10.5 hours ahead of yours - and when communication is difficult, everything is difficult.

      Good Joinin Pay. Flexible Work hours and PTO

      Cons

      Micromanagement, merit based hike is bare minimum year over year. You may feel stuck at a point. No support from management, evryone's for themselves. All your hard work is shadowed and hike is on the mercy of line managers. They would only push you if at all it benefits them a wholesome. Higher management only knows you if are a good pawn at the disposal and lick any and every thing forced.

      On some teams, it's a low-intensity workplace with relatively generous work-life balance.

      Cons

      It's a big faceless corporation that isn't interested in pushing its employees to learn and improve. Layoffs are a frequent concern. Sometimes, workplace relations seems to take priority over rational decisions when it comes to how resources get allocated.
