      Nothing much, same as all MNCs.

      Cons

      No hikes in last 2 years, Amy be they will give you some stocks but you will be able to use after 1 year. Long working hours (10 PM night normal, some times till 12PM night)

      Pros

      - Great team - Work/Life balanace - Good coding principles (coding conventions, code reviews) - Descent documentation - Team - Remote work

      Cons

      - No Bonuses/no salary raise - Not a clear growth plan unless you really ask for it. - Bureaucracy which can often be distracting from your real work (kinda expected in a huge company like this) - Tedius/Frustrating work environment set up which sometimes delays/desctructs you from your real work (but it's expected and had no complaints from my team/manager)
