      It's a job, and you get paid.

      Cons

      They have completely ruined everything good about working for a tech company. Better off working literally anywhere else but Oracle, they do not value talent, they layoff the smartest and knowledgable people in mass to save money, and management has no clue why they are not meeting internal deadlines. And they do not give raises.
