      Pros

      Good benefits Felxible working hours Opportunities to learn Work from home There is a 20 word minimum on this field but I don't have that much positive to say!

      Cons

      Haven't given pay raises, bonuses or stock options for years No clear performance objectives Too much politics and policy meaning can't get anything done "Dead man's shoes" only opportunity for growth, and even then only if you were best friend's with the dead man's boss!
