Cons
badwork, your resume will degrade at a rate faster than Verstappen drives his car. No team outings or lunches other than buffets arranged like every 2-3 months at office where the food is worse than your average college hostel mess food. The management has no idea what's good and bad, they just revolve around whatever new comes up thrown from the top. Their new tech stack is probably 100x worse than their old, especially for a developer.
