      Case Manager pay is 14% lower than national average in one of the wealthiest and most expensive counties in the nation. Pay is far below living wage pay, meanwhile the president Jim Palmer takes a $310,000 a year salary as of 2016 (charity navigator). Not very equitable or Christian of him...

      An honest Christian environment that functions efficiently within it's own parameters and budget constraints. The higher management team seem well connected with the various government bodies that serve the public good.
