Pros
Competitive salary, flexible scheduling (depending on your position)
Cons
You will burn out. There aren't enough managers to provide oversight evenly throughout the departments, which causes problems for all employees. The company has a great mission and does great work, but the employees need more support, and the company needs more employees for all of the work there is to do. Your managers will never take accountability for the issues that go on, and they tend to blame errors on employees. The expectations management will have for you will vary by day, so your job description is not concrete. Do not plan on having a life because managers expect you to have to work as long as they do. The managers also prefer to keep employee situations in-house and do not like bringing HR into the picture to assist in problem resolution. No STD benefit offered.
