      There are written guides for everything and experts available to consult anytime needed. Salary and benefits are excellent.

      PPD is a very large company so sometimes it feels like you can get lost in it.

      Team members are super friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Constant overtime required, workload is to much for the size of the team. Little to no work life balance. Management gets thanks for deliveries, programmers left with little reward.
