Supportive team, thoughtful leadership, clear communication, recognition of efforts, and opportunities for growth.

Cons

Some processes could be more streamlined. Occasional delays in cross-team coordination.

Pros

The B2B team is extremely supportive and provides ample room for self growth. There is a lot of work to be done, but that is always a good thing. Between working with peers from all over the globe, to having remote options for self learning in areas that don't even have to be related to the direct position, there is no end to the amount of growth possible at PROS.

Cons

Only con is the pay is not as high as other comparable positions, but the additional options of fully remote/learning opportunities/freedom to work as you can more than make up for a small pay difference.
