Pros
Good Benefits, good culture, ERG/BRG for meaningful connections. Had a good cohesive team for the most part.
Cons
CEO Mark Boulding seems to lie to us all the time, I get a disingenous vibe from him. it's not what you say it's how you say it; layoffs were done very poorly - they told people in May 2023 not to come in the next day via email at 7pm, and was incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate. People drove into work to find they could not swipe into the gate. We worked on the Hopewell site and we could have made the company money as a CDMO, but no one seemed to care. After that we had very little direction on what we were supposed to be doing. Projects were abruptly cancelled, but then we were asked to start testing again. Terrible management. Company was organized from the bottom up instead of the top down, which meant that teams could function how they desired instead of uniting under one system. It became detrimental because there was no checks and balances. I was disappointed to learn that my manager did not forward my concerns to his manager regarding another employee. I reported an employee's actions to him and he did not pass my concerns along as promised.
