      Flexible hours. Day shift or night. Good starter job.

      Cons

      Management at my specific store was terrible, they didn't listen to the employees, nor did they actually give the days you requested off. They had no time management, and they were always rude to customers.

      Pros

      Good pay and opportunity for raises. They have really strong company values that if you take in with an open mind and willingness to treat the job as more than "just a fast food job", you can really develop yourself as an individual.

      Cons

      It's hard to ensure every level of management follows the same values that the company holds as a whole
