I enjoy working at Pariveda and appreciate the countless opportunities to grow my career and strengthen my developmental skills. I always feel supported by management and have received timely, constructive feedback that helps me progress further into my career. I find great satisfaction in my work, and can see myself working here for a long time!
Cons
Since it is a mid-size company, there are only so many different projects that can be worked on that are also looking for new people. With that being said, there is sometimes difficulty in moving around to different projects if you are looking to experience lots of change and variety.
