      Cast system dictated by a select few. If you are not "in the club" you will never advance. The most politically run organization I've ever seen with the most incompetent HR department and most incompetent senior leaders I have seen. They work their managers to the bone and then fire them and replace them. That is their business model and it has been for the last five years. Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen and I would never work with them again
