Pros

At the start .. You will believe it’s a great company and you can add real value … this is how we all start out …

Cons

US team do not listen to Uk compliance . UK head of HR more Interested in rubbing shoulders with hierarchy than doing any actual hr and supporting Personel. Promises made but they are not followed through. US team will not invest in fundamental IT support which makes every job stupid long … think back to 90’s … yep that’s pretty much what your getting yourself into .
