- cheap food - really nice devs to work with - had a salary increase out of nowhere

Cons

- BAD management, they keep changing their way of doing things - They care about their shareholders more than the client or the devs

Benefits are okay for area. 4$ meals are nice

Cons

Terrible management Terrible CEO Punishment for not following the cult. You are told to ensure clean code, and then they remove QA. You are told to ensure continuous maintenance and then you punish for not pushing enough new code. You are told to push through new code and fix later and then punish you for unclean code. Nightmare management with no real plans on how to continue. No work life balance. Stock tanking and if you work there you can tell why.
