      Great staff , wonderful coworkers always willing to step up and help . Always trying their best to be respectful of guests and residents.

      The bonus instead of a raise is good but why do you need to break it up into to parts .

      Pros

      I work for a great company with really great people. My supervisor is outstanding. The pay is fair and more than most other facilities in the area. I would definitely recommend Peak for anyone looking for a career in health care.

      Cons

      If you are experienced in healthcare then you know there are cons with every facility. There are no cons worth mentioning about working here.
