People on immediate teams are great Generous PTO and benefits Flexible WFH policy

Cons

Frequent lay offs, 1 or 2 a year, does nothing positive for company culture Pay is below industry standard Very corporate culture with platitudes and sycophantic behavior at the top, meanwhile very talented and often vocal veterans are not listened to, appreciated, or retained Has become essentially a tech company with heavy emphasis on AI Hiring freezes
