After I built a really nice funnel, sales under my belt I was let go. I had a closing appt I was leaving for and fired. No reason. I believe it was t I keep the sales and commission. Horrible company

Corporate doesn't take the time to get to know all their branch employees. They don't care about employees or care about how hard they work. If you do something right you get no recognition but as soon as you do something wrong they are quick to jump all over you without asking any questions about the circumstances surrounding any event that took place. A lot of 'bullying' takes place at the branches between staffers and even between staffers and managers. As soon as any bullying activity is reported they fire the person that was doing the right thing by reporting it, and by doing that they promote a bullying atmosphere. As long as your making money for the comany they will keep you no matter how you treat staffers or co-workers.
