- Salary is fair inside the colombian market

Cons

- If you are in bench, you are on the verge to be fired. Be aware. Things at some point we great, but last years haven't been good. The environment got harsh and tough, specially after the merge with the Colombian company. It never got better or to the way it was.

salary is competitive in market, you can work from home all the time. culture is good. people is gentle. you have the posibility to learn a lot. in my opinion tecnichal level is higer

Cons

Salary is good but benefis can be better. we don't have performance bonds and other things that the orhers companys has like more vacations if you are older in the company or benefis with gasoline things like that. you must plan vacations with anticipation at least 1 month. it means less flexibility
