The team environment is fantastic, with colleagues who are always willing to help and share knowledge.
It’s a place where your voice is heard and your contributions are valued. The management is approachable, communicative, and genuinely invested in employee growth and well-being.

Honestly, I can't think of any negatives. The work environment, leadership, and team dynamics have all been excellent.

Annual bonus is given, which is a small %age of ur CTC

Growth prospects not so good.
New CEO not so good in giving hikes.
Poor hikes given.
No party or celebration after any product release.
New Indian Mgmt., salary structure not good at all.
Everything is driven from US
Limited growth opportunity.
I don't approve of the new CEO.
