Corrupt leadership protects only their people who have been there awhile and have apparently gotten away with never taking accountability.
Salary negotiation was garbage. Tyey reneged on several things negotiated after acceptance of the offer. Including floating holidays - they initially told me I would get 3 floating holidays during my offer negotiation phase. Then, they tell you that because you were hired on after June 30th that those don't accrue anymore. Then instead of taking responsibility for it, they blame it on the new talent acquisition people who they said didn't know. But it wasn't just that person, it was the manager himself who didn't know floating holidays are accrued just like vacation and that you can't use them the year you joined if you're hired on after a certain date. Failure to take responsibility for this made them look not only incompetent, but dishonest.
Also assigned to report to a non-technical boss who has no clue what he's doing. Work-life balance is also garbage. They were very unsympathetic with personal issues that exploded after accepting my offer.
Ignore the good reviews. They all come from people pressured into writing them. That is a fact.
