Pros

Lots of opportunities for advancement as staff continues to jump ship. Benefits are great.

Cons

Good 'Ol Boy System! If you play the politics right, you are golden. If you aren't part of the 'good 'ol boy system' then you better watch your back. The leadership team does not listen to employees and does not support those that do.
