      Co-workers were great, made many lifelong friends.

      Corporate structure, laying people off after they made the company billions of dollars instead of finding a new project for them to work on.

      Great Benefits and movement within company. I think that it would have been a very positive experience if I wasn't apart of such a new area that was not yet established.

      Cons

      New area struggled with consistency. Managers were changing and Operators did not stay very long.
