      Very disorganized grad program. Gives graduate engineers admin work or very little to do, little to no genuine experience

      Competitive salaries, impressive bonuses and annual leave allowances

      Cons

      Tend to understaff certain departments and expect too much of individuals. Flexitime is supposedly allowed, but people have to work overtime to meet deadlines and then don't have the opportunity to avail of flexitime and/or take time in lieu as they are too busy or have too many meetings
