      Pros

      Very good work to do there. Great pay and 401k. Medical benefits have steadily declined. Nice people although company is changing.

      Cons

      Can be tribal from one part of the company to another. Too much emphasis on interviews versus job performance when changing jobs internally. Internal research productivity and product pipeline is a struggle.
