Pros

Good equipment. Good to fair middle and lower management. Good organisation for route work and decent understanding of scheduling.

Cons

Very bad upper management and owners. Owning family had a marked contempt for "underlings" and screaming outbursts by the owner/founder were well known. Rampant disregard for common sense rules and outright violations of environmental and safety regulations

Pros

There are literally no pros to the way they treat their staff or run their company.

Cons

After being a week shy from my 90 days and about to get the raise we agreed to upon hire they canned me and said “good luck, we pay you to much”. The owners of this Particular Franchise are horrible and do not care what is going on. The people that are there should have long been fired as they start fights with everyone and continue to degrade their staff. The Owners do not hardly show up to run their company And it’s left up to store employees to keep things running. To be honest I’m glad I got out when I did. This store is going down hill.
