Pros

Some of the best people to work with that have the drive and ability to make PTPC a better operation.

Cons

Some of the worst leadership of any place I have worked. Everything is a knee jerk reaction. Projects are not planned rather just dreamt and implemented simultaneously. Long term thinking is how to get through the week as close to break even as possible.

Descent pay but extremely high cost of living

Cons

Very toxic environment. Very unsafe workplace. Everyone in management is looking to sabotage you and lie about you and on you. HR DEPT IS FULL OF LIARS AND TOXICITY. They are owned by an investor group that they lie to about profits and viability because if they knew the truth the investors would have a conniption
