      Pros

      I've been at Power Dry in Lenexa KS for over 10 years. The owners are dedicated to their employees and it feels more like family than work. I literally have fun every day. I feel I can count on my boss and my co-workers. I love my job!

      Cons

      The only downside for me is the 45 minute commute each way. But it's worth it and that's why I've been here over 10 years!

      Pros

      Pretty straight forward position and easy to to learn the job; great people(crew) to work with daily

      Cons

      Not understanding how each project/job affects your pay; not knowing when your day would end; talks of termination weekly during meetings; management cared more about the numbers than the individuals; it seemed like everything you did, you had to CYA on it.
