      There are no pros. None.

      Cons

      Ran by a bunch of boomers with a "Respect is earned" mindset. Will nickel and dime you over every hour in your timesheet and wouldn't pay us for down time while OCONUS.

      As an Engineer, I learned something new every day and with Senior Engineers having 20 to 45 years of experience, there is always someone to learn from and get support. We have the latest technology and Management always tries to make sure we have what we need.
