Pros

There is nothing really that is a pro when it comes to this company. If you love to be taken advantage of this is the place for you.

Cons

Pay is TERRIBLE compared to what you have to do$14.00/hr max out is $18/hr after 10yrs . The only thing you're working for is benefits. I still stuggled living paycheck to paycheck working there. Pratt Also they turned down numerous opportunities to be backed my a UNION SMH! If you vote for a Union you are FIRED. Thats how dumb the workers are. You are not made aware of staying over after your shift ends until 20 minutes from time to clock out. I am a USAF Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. I was injured in Iraq, i blew out 2 disks in my lower back serving this great Nation. I made management aware of my service diabilty before hiring me. Then i was tasked to stack boxes that weighed 60lbs ALL day for 8hrs. Then i reminded them that Doctors orders that i cant to it because i could hurt myself. They acted like they ignored me. So i sucked it up and carefully did the task all day long, because thats what military does to you. Is suck it up and do it. Then about 10 mimutes before my shift ended after the job was complete H.R. took me in their office and FIRED me because i was "a risk because of my back," but they had no problem making me finish the risky job i had to do. The VP also asked me how my new born child was doing fully knowing that i was about to be fired. EXTREMELY HEARTLESS. This company only cares about their managers and upper staffers. I HIGHLY suggest not working for them. Highest turnover rate i have ever witnessed for a company. If you are a Veteran don't waste your time!. You are treated worse than lowest ranking member in the military. You are worth more and treated better else where. Keep your options open. They only tend to hire people with criminal records because they know those people are desperate and are at There last resort for employment. You are nothing to these people only a slave with a number. I have also never been to a place where the workers and managers use racial slurrs and jokes openly. So have thick skin if you are a minority and considering on working there. If you make HR or other manager know it offends you, then you are looked at differently than before. 15 minute lunch break as well. The workers will also tattle tail on you as well like elementary kids thinking theyll be rewarded for doing so. Worst place ive ever worked at in my life. There is better out there. There is much more to be said about this horrible place, but i would be here all day if i did. I am now in the process of sueing them for discrimination. Only thing positive that came out of it. Go into 18 wheel trucking. I do that now and now make 30$/hr.

The WORST job I have ever had

Pros

I do enjoy working with many of my fellow employees.

Cons

Management is a complete joke. Asking questions is nearly forbidden. Our paper work and/or procedures seem to change on a whim, and if you ask questions so that you can do these new procedures you get labeled as argumentative. The factory is like a sweat shop in the summer. Machines are not maintained and many are just cobbled together so that they can run. Many of these cobbled together machines create more problems, so boxes then have to be resorted, causing our customer's order take twice as long to run. Solutions like this have become the norm. During the summer months, overtime is nonstop. If anyone is considering applying for I job here I offer one word of advice- RUN. Myself, I've enrolled back into college, so in a few years I hope to leave this place.

Pros

Great pay, bonus's and not very hard work

Cons

Absolutely garbage for management, they don't listen, nor do they care about what really needs to be done to keep the mill running smoothly. extreme micro management, bad attitudes, and I could go on and on and on. the turnover rate here is so ridiculously high on the mechanical side/ and production side its not even funny. every single person that works here or has worked here has left for the same reason...………..upper management. smh
