Pros
As I moved on to my new full time position I really needed to thank team Precision for the constant support and great help they have always provided! Be it their HR team or the Legal team during my Visa stamping. I was very skeptical when I first moved to Precision from my Full time position but never regretted even a single moment being part of Precision, it has been a very joyful and fruitful ride for me and a big big THANK YOU! for the complete team at Precision.
Cons
Nothing very big that I can think off or had, I had hikes when ever I felt I deserved, their legal team is super strong, their HR team super co-operative! Ok, only thing that i felt might be great help was if they had provided a better group Medical Insurance plans. Not that theirs is bad but it is as basic as we get in Open market. Not bad not great! That is all I can think of.
