Pros

Working by the commission is great and I get paid on how hard I work but not all areas are great. Also the new commission structure really hurts top selling employees. You have to sell tv to hit commission otherwise you're just working for hourly.

Cons

Not a great culture. Definitely feels like a step back from working with other dealers. Can we please stop with the fake reviews Prime? 30 5 stars in 2 days, its pretty obvious.

Thank you for your comment. We are very excited about all of our new great reviews. We recently acquired Spring Mobile and every employee received an immediate pay raise, which has resulted in MANY great, awesome reviews! Thanks again!

Pros

At&t is a great company to represent. Prime does have some great markets and leaders depending in what area you are looking. Mostly closer to Home base. The NorthEast is disorganized and has poor leadership VP-MD.

Cons

No transparency No culture 3-4 week process to hire Poor leadership - (Fear Motivates) Asked to do things for results and payroll that would be deemed unethical and against policy. Disorganized Tools needed to perform job are not available but results are still expected Poor communication Groupme messages are a must on and off the clock or deemed not engaged. No empathy
