      Managment changed and did massive layoffs. Staffing might be dead as an industry and this is a very niche company

      Leadership is non existent. They tear down their employees. They have no regards to the unprofessionalism of staff. Work with drivers can be dangerous, the company has no regard to your safety. They put hiring drivers (even if they are unprofessional) in the forefront,
