Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.

I never got called back to work after we went into the green (the pandemic) but over all no cons I could think of

Absolutely toxic work environment, especially at the admin level. Mostly women, pitted against each other and encouraged to take each other down. Salary is a joke, and try not to have any family emergencies or deaths, you'll likely be punished.

Minimal room for growth if you're on the client services team, management can be reactive instead of forward-thinking

*little potential for growth within CS *lack of clarity & engagement between CS team leads and account managers *high turnover of staff (in general) *management has been the same for years -- little room for new ideas, talent or ingenuity A stable job but not ideal for career growth or development.

Very hard to find any.
