great benefits really care about work life balance.

Cons

the hours are not always the best but you get shift differential and can change your shift after 6 months

Pros

They are very kind, they send you all of the equipment. The work environment is very friendly, the hiring process was very simple and easy to conduct.

Cons

The training was the hardest part, I’d recommend applying if you are going to take licensing seriously. Most positions may require you to complete your licensing before applying. You get only two weeks to study the material, and pass your test after the third try if you fail you roll lose your job, as you need to obtain your license to be able to sell insurance with Progressive.
