Pros

About 4 years ago I needed a PT evening job for about 6 months after my FT day job but enjoyed it so much I’m still here. Along with interviewing I also train and type. I may not get sleep some days but I’m never bored.

Cons

Interview starting pay increased significantly a little while back. Good move but some long termers hoped the increase applied as well.

Pros

None at all, this is the worst job ive ever had.

Cons

1. Your encouged to not use the bathroom during the first and last hour of your shift , as it could affect production.🤣 2. They don't have enough work for everyone , and they say only high performers are considered, when its mainly just low performing members of management. 3. This job should have been advertised as seasonal. Because once elections are over, the work dries up for anyone but management staff. 4. The pay is so low. You start off at 8.75 and then it goes up to $9 after training. 5. If you get somone to take a survey, your not given an actual commission. But sometimes they give away one or two dollars during a competition. Fing worthless.
