Pros
I worked at Prometheus Group for 4 years, and while I will tell you not to disregard any reviews here, the company has so much to offer and deserves some context. I am only qualified to speak on my experience as a developer.
The fundamental friction of Pg is that it just keeps growing and printing money. That sounds like a fake review lol, but in my 4 years we were literally on the exponential curve. We *doubled* headcount 3 times since I joined. It is hard work trying to keep the "secret sauce" that makes a company grow, even if we never stopped hiring very good people. You won't find reviews here of people who didn't like their direct coworkers.
The engineering challenges at PG can be incredibly rewarding and impactful. The clients quite literally power the world and they operate at scale that reflects it. Future opportunties will be absolutely be interested in your experience working in the industry w/ Fortune 500 companies. Very few people graduating college know what SAP is, but after 3 years they definitely will. SAP is *everywhere*, and people who work at PG will be very good at it.

PG is an engineering company that won't take off their sales hat.
