Command Security took over the USPIS contract and the employee fringe benefits. They have been investigated for fraud, ethical matters of money and employee fraud. The company should not have been awarded a contract with the United States Postal Service. The DOL has investigated them twice and still the Postal Service is holding on to this company because they agreed to the lowest bid. Federal Law Enforcement Communication Center (That is treated like customer service) 12 Hour Shifts Employees hope to be paid or on time No pay raise unless the minimum wage goes up Mandated Insurance Less than minimum staffing

I honestly can not think of anything worth mentioning

Cons

The company participates in questionable practices. You have to keep an eye on your paycheck, 401k, benefits etc...to ensure you are getting properly paid. There is no real reporting structure, and HR does not provide you with a job description for your role.
